Having successfully managed large scale commercial projects for leading builders, architects, and interior designers throughout Colorado - including a $250,000 installation for the Club Level at Invesco Field at Mile High, as well as thousands of residential projects for homeowners - Charlotte Foley brings years of project management experience to every Colorado Stone project.
Charlotte’s expertise ensures that your project will be completed within budget and in a timely and professional manner, whether your budget is several hundred dollars or several hundred thousand dollars.
Additional large scale commercial projects include installations for Tiffany and Co., Neiman Marcus, PF Chang’s, the Colorado School of Mines, Leprino Foods, and Epicurean Catering.
Charlotte has also successfully managed projects for many of Denver’s premier building contractors, including, Gallup-Craig Construction, KZ Smith and Co., Montare Builders, Newmyer Contracting, Synergy Partnerships, Westfall Building Group, and many more.
After attending CSU, Charlotte gained experience in the fields of construction project management and commercial real estate development. Before founding Colorado Stone Ltd., one of Colorado’s leading natural stone fabrication and installation companies, Charlotte gained ten years of experience in the stone industry as a project manager and operations manager.
